Reformation of Translation Teaching for English Majors: A Neo-constructivism Perspective

This paper,from the perspective of neo-constructivism,attempts to propose a new practical translation teaching model after reexamining the problems of the traditional translation model.The innovation in teaching contents,teaching strategies,teaching means and after-class exercises aims to cultivate the students' initiative in the learning process and to develop their cognitive abilities so as to help them become more effective in the construction of new knowledge.
