关于加快江西工业化进程的思考

发展中国家和地区同发达国家在文化资源、制度等各个方面都存在很大差异,因此,其工业化道路进程不能完全采取西方模式,特别是发达国家当年推进工业化时以牺牲环境、破坏生态为代价的经济增长模式。江西必须结合自身的特点,走科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化道路。

There is abig difference in such aspects as cultural resources and institutional means between developing countriesorre gions and their developed counterparts .Therefore ,the former cannot completely adopt the Western model in theiri ndustrialization pro cess ,especially the earlye conomic growth pattern at the expense of the environment and ecology .Jiang xi must,in light of itsowncondi tions ,blaze a new trail to industrialization featuring high scientific and technological content,good economic returns ,low resour cescon sumption ,little environmental pollution and a full display of advantages in human resources .
