Several problems which we should pay close attention to in the management of school

The curriculum idea which displays times' spirits is effecting every aspects of education deeply and brings about the inspiring changes.The proposed ideas ,many changes in behaviours are not only limited by teachers and students,but school's manager must choose the new standpoint. In line with the basic purpose,which benefits school's continuous development,"bases on the growth of people","emphasizes on the development of school"and promotes school and people's common development. The school's manager should endow management the new intention and create new conception in order to promote the administrative levels and efficacy further,clear away the barriers in carrying out the curriculum reforms and give further play to it.
