| 摘 要： | 素质教育是新世纪教育的主旋律。当前的高校写作教学需要改革，以适应素质教育的需要。高校写作教学需要改革教学观念、教学内容，创新教学方法和手段，摒弃传统的考核方式，建立开放的评价体系，确立大写作观，从而真正有效地提高学生的写作能力，全面提高学生的综合素质。

| Abstract: | Quality-oriented education is the main trend of education in the new century. Nowadays, the writing course of the universities needs reforming in teaching ideas, teaching contents, innovative methodology and methods, so that the traditional testing pattern must be given up, and a broad sense of writing be set up by building an open evaluation system. Only after the student＇s writing ability is improved, can students＇ overall quality be comprehensively increased. |
