| Abstract: | At the new stage of development of building a well-off society in an all-round way and speeding up socialist modernization, leading cadres must always adhere to the important thought of "Three represents" and establish firmly the correct outlook on power, making themselves serve the public with their Party membership, govern for the people, reinforce their feelings of public servants and deal with the relation between the masses and themselves consciously in their thoughts, actions and styles of work. |
