加强自主创新促进东北装备制造业发展模式转变

东北装备制造业具有很强的加工能力,但产品开发能力和技术创新能力薄弱,产品技术主要源自国外,因而只能称之为传统装备制造业而非现代装备制造业,其主要特征有:不具备很强的产品自主开发能力和技术创新能力,新型装备制造业的发展缓慢,装备制造业中场产业亟待发展,装备制造业成套和工程总承包能力薄弱,在新型装备服务业领域缺乏延伸等.针对上述问题,东北装备制造业要通过大力开展自主创新,增强产品自主开发能力,加速发展东北新型装备制造业,大力开展集成创新,加快现代装备制造服务业的发展等,加快东北装备制造业由传统装备制造业向现代装备制造业转变.

Strengthening Autonomous,Innovation to Speed up the Change in Developmental Mode of Equipment Manufacture Industry in Northeast China

The equipment manufacture sector in Northeast China is very strong in working process but weak in R&D of products especially in technological innovation. With its out-of-date technologies mainly stemming from abroad, it is really a traditional sector but not a modernized one. Its main characteristics are that there is no autonomous R&D for its products and technological innovation, new-type equipment manufacture develops slowly, undeveloped supporting technologies products and lack of ability to contract turn-key projects and to extend itself to new service fields. It is therefore deemed necessary to step up the effort to develop autonomous innovation especially the integrated innovation and strengthen R&D of products so as to speed up the development of the equipment manufacture sector in Northeast China, including developing rapidly other relevant service sectors for it.
