| 摘 要： | 不动产登记实践表明,不动产登记程序对实现不动产登记法律制度的意义重大。不动产登记程序主要包含主体适格性、主体行为、程序关系的内容以及后果等基本要素。而在对不动产登记程序价值的理解中,可将其分为程序的工具性价值与目的性价值。具体到不动产登记程序规范设计上,应注重程序的启动、审查和决定各个环节的完善和逻辑自洽。
