| 摘 要： | 人民和人民的根本利益,是邓小平价值观的主体基础。邓小平在继承中华民族优秀文化传统的基础上,坚持了人民群众是历史的创造者和主人这一唯物史观的基本精神,对中国传统民本思想进行了批判性的改造,在邓小平价值观中不仅将人民作为价值主体,而且将人民作为价值评价的主体;同时还强调人民利益是一切价值中的最高价值。依靠人民,一切为了人民的宗旨;"三个有利于"的价值评价标准;关注人才和人的全面发展;培养"四有"新人的思想等等,都是邓小平以人民为本的价值观的体现。

| Abstract: | The people and their fundamental interests are the principal base of Deng Xiao-ping's values. Deng Xiao-ping holds that the basic spirit that common people are the creators and masters of history on the basis of inheriting the good cultural traditions of China and reforms Chinese traditional people-oriented ideas critically. In Deng Xiao-ping's values, people are regarded not only as the main body of values, but also as the main body to assess values. Deng Xiao-ping's values emphasize the fact that the people's interests are the highest value of all the values. Relying on people, doing everything for the people, "Three Benefits" (the value assessment standards), attaching great importance to talents and their all-round development, cultivating "Four Haves" talents and other ideas are the embodiment of Deng Xiao-ping's human-oriented values. |
