| 摘 要： | 地方高等学校的发展,对我国实现高等教育大众化的目标起着关键的作用。由于诸多因素的限制,在连续几年扩招后,教学资源等基础条件不足给地方高校发展带来的种种问题日渐突出。本文结合目前高等教育发展面临的机遇与挑战,就如何加快地方高等学校发展进行了分析和探讨。

| Abstract: | The development of local institutions of higher learning plays a key role in the realization of the purpose of making higher education popular. Because of the restriction of many factors, after several years' enrollment expansion in succession, the lack of the basic conditions such as teaching resources has brought about various problems to the development of local institutions of higher learning. This thesis gives an analysis and discussion on how to speed up the development of the local institutions of higher learning by facing the opportunities and challenges existing at present. |
