| Abstract: | The scientific outlook of development has a significant guiding function to the Party construction in the universities. The Party＇s construction in the universities shall persist in ＂development＂ as its demand of target, on ＂human foremost＂ as its core point, in ＂whole and sustainable harmony＂ as its basic demand, and in ＂overall planning＂ as its basic working method. |
