黄河水患与北宋对外军事

宋代是我国古代社会中军事力量相对薄弱的一个朝代,造成这种局面有其深层次的历史原因。对于这一问题的探讨,当今的学者已有不少论述。如果从黄河水患的角度,对造成北宋时期军事力量薄弱的因素进行探讨,可以看出黄河水患在很大程度上对北宋的政治经济产生着巨大的影响,同时也制约了北宋军事力量的进一步发展。当然,不能把北宋积贫积弱的社会状况和孱弱的军事力量完全归咎于黄河水灾以及其他的自然灾害,但是,这些因素也是不应该被忽视的。

Inundation of the Yellow River and the Foreign Military Affairs of Bei-Song Dynasty

The Song Dynasty was comparatively weak in military in the ancient China because of some in-depth historical reasons.As for this question,some scholars nowadays have discussed to a great extent.From the perspective of inundation of the Yellow River,this paper discusses the factors that resulted in the weakness of military in Bei-Song Dynasty and makes the conclusion that the inundations of the Yellow River had great influence on politics and economy of Bei-Song Dynasty and thus restricted the further development of its military at the same time.Surely,we can't attribute the social situation of poverty and weakness and the incompetent military forces completely to inundation of the Yellow River and other natural disasters.However,these factors should also not be neglected.
