| 摘 要： | 文章以我国科技成果转化工作中面临的新形势和存在的问题入手,从信息沟通的角度分析了成果转化率不高的原因,提出在成果转化各阶段如何通过加强信息沟通来提高转化率;探讨将信息沟通贯穿于成果转化全过程,构建以市场为导向、以研究为基础、以产品为纽带、以最终实现产业化为目标的科技成果转化新模式,并有针对性地提出了措施和建议。

| Abstract: | From the new era and exsiting problems confronted by scientific and technological achievement conversion,this paper analyses the reason of low achievement conversion, and puts forward some ways on how to strenghen information communication in every stage in achievement conversion to improve the rate. This paper also discusses information communication in the whole process of the conversion, and establishes a new model of market-oriented, research-based,product-linked new model with the ultimate goal of achieving industry into the scientific and technological achievements. Finally this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions. |
