邓小平商业伦理思想探析

主要探讨了邓小平商业伦理思想的缘起，分析了邓小平商业伦理思想中的发展优先、共同富裕、义利统一等重要的伦理原则，并进一步探讨了市场经济条件下商业主体应当具备的商业伦理精神，通过对邓小平商业伦理思想的形成过程、价值原则以及他对商业主体精神构建的论述，试图揭示我国社会主义市场经济条件下的商业与伦理之间的辨证统一关系，以期能引导和规范我国社会主义商业健康发展。这对构建21世纪中华民族的新型商业伦理文化，构筑现代商业主体的的伦理精神，并最终实现构建和谐社会的价值理想目标都具有重大的价值。

On Deng Xiaoping's Thought on Commercial Ethics

This paper is mainly devoted to the origin of Deng Xiaoping’s commercial ethical thought,and analyses a series of important ethical rules,such as giving the priority to development,common prosperity and the unity of rights and duties.Then,it has a further study on what kind of commercial ethical thought that the business should subjects hold under market economy conditions.Through discussing the formation of Deng xiaoping’s commercial ethical thought,and his expounding on principles of value,and the business subjects’ spirits construction,this paper tries to reveal the dialectical unity relation between commerce and ethics under the socialist market economy of our country,which is hoped to lead and regulate the healthy development of socialist commerce.It will be significantly valuable to constructing the new Chinese national commercial ethical culture in the 21th century,constructing the ethical spirits of modern business subjects,and finally achieving the object of constructing a harmonious society.
