| Abstract: | Never-ending changing information technology improves the modern long-distance English education greatly,which reform the people's study and education style deeply.This paper introduces the the- ory basis of modern long-distance English Education,and analyzes the main character of modern long-dis- tance English Education.It also brings forward that the English teacher should become the promoter and co- operator of meaning-construction,the organizer and leader of English study process,the designer and ex- ploiter of English study resource.The article introduces the design of modern long-distance English teaching process as well. |
