中俄林地物权比较研究

对森林资源物权的研究不仅可以推动森林资源的优化配置与利用，而且对社会的可持续发展及生态环境建设意义重大。本文首先阐述了林地物权的基本内涵，然后从所有权、他物权两个方面对中俄两国的林地物权进行了对比。在林地物权实际内容中，探讨了中俄林地种植权、采伐权、采集权、景观利用权、狩猎权、生态补偿权、林业扶持权7种权利的相关内容。此外，文章还从林地物权的灭失和移转两个方面对比了中俄在林地物权变动制度上的规定，最后对完善我国林地物权立法，推进集体林权改革提出了5项建议。
