| 摘 要： | 本文根据经典的技术创新理论,结合能源产业的特点,界定了能源产业技术创新的概念。在综合分析能源技术史和能源产业的特点的基础上,对能源产业技术创新进行了分类。把能源产业置于中国这样一个具体的宏观环境中,分析其实际特点,结合目前的国际形势,从宏观上分析得出中国能源产业技术创新的六个影响因素及其特点：1）资源人均占有量少及优质能源比例低;2）能源效率迫切需要提高;3）环境因素;4）价格波动;5）产业联动;6）微小历史事件。

| Abstract: | The paper defines what energy industry technology innovation is by taking into account the classic technical innovation theory and by considering the characteristics of energy industry.The paper takes the petroleum industry as an example to make a concrete description.Then,according to the features of energy industry in China and current international circumstances,the six factors affecting the energy industry in China in technology innovation and their characteristics were obtained: per-capita resources are less and the proportion of high quality resources is low;the energy efficiency is in bad need of improvement;environmental factors;fluctuations in prices;industrial interaction and minor historical events. |
