| 摘 要： | 中国高等教育正步入大众化阶段,地方高校逐步成为我国高等教育的主体部分。新建本科院校在高速发展的同时,教育质量也面临着更大的挑战与制约。制约其教育质量的因素主要有:思想观念内化不足和办学定位上的困惑、教育资源严重缺乏、教学管理过程性不适应和机制性缺陷、教师工作中心地位缺乏保障、管理权力的结构性缺位等。

| Abstract: | Higher education in China is enjoying an upsurge of popularity. Local universities are becoming the main body of higher education in our country. When newly established universities are rapidly developing, education quality is facing greater challenges and restrictions. The main restrictive factors are: ideologically not well prepared; puzzled at university orientation; lacking in educational resources; not fit for teaching management procedures; mechanically malfunctioned; and teacher-centeredness not guaranteed and management power constructively absent. |
