| 摘 要： | 提高高校教育教学水平关键是搞好师资队伍建设 ,尤其是要从青年教师抓起。这是关系到高校能否迎接 2 1世纪的挑战 ,提高教学和科研水平的大问题。在师资队伍建设中 ,采取切实有效的措施 ,在改善师资队伍结构的基础上 ,做好人才选拔培养工作 ,提高教师队伍的整体素质。

| Abstract: | To develop a good pharmaceutical department,it is a key to do well training of teachers,especially young teachers,regarding whether facing the challenge of 21 century and increasing the level of teaching and researching During the course of teachers training,it should take realistic measures to do well work of teachers training and increase the whole quality of teachers on the basis of improving the structure of teachers. |
