国际著名快餐企业的跨行业合作策略

摘    要:跨行业合作是国际著名快餐企业在发展壮大过程中采取的一个基本策略。剖析国际著名快餐企业跨行业合作的基本原因,归纳跨行业合作的五种主要方式,希望能对我国快餐企业在借用外部资源壮大自己的过程中有所启示。

Abstract:The cross-industry cooperation between powerful corporations is a basic strategy adopted in the developing process by world-famous fast-food enterprises. This paper analyzes the main causes why the world-famous fast-food enterprises adopt cross-industry cooperation, and concludes its five main styles. It is hoped that the paper will be helpful for national fast-food enterprises to take use of external resources in developing themselves.
