| 摘 要： | 本文首先从理论角度讨论了公共新闻实践的内涵与边界问题,并通过典型公共事件论证中国媒体已具备公共新闻实践模式,即在公共冲突性的事件报道过程中,在新闻监督的基础上为冲突双方提供间接表达与参与、协商的实践平台,从而为公共问题提供决策或决策辅助。 |
