| 摘 要： | 30多年来的政治、经济体制改革带来了利益格局的改变,利益格局的变化导致阶层的分化,贫富阶层间的利益矛盾冲突不断显化与深化。本文围绕利益妥协和阶层合作探讨利益妥协和阶层合作之间的内在联系,寻求政府、非政府组织在化解阶层矛盾、促进阶层合作中的积极作用,试图为促进和谐社会建设、实现社会公平提出一些有益的建议。
