| 摘 要： | 密切联系广大人民群众是中国共产党领导中国革命和建设取得的经验。保持党同人民群众的血肉联系,巩固和扩大党的执政基础,直接关系到党和国家兴衰存亡。坚持以人为本,改善民生,以党内民主推动全社会的民主,以党内和谐促进社会和谐,加强对全民族尤其是青年的信仰教育,对搞好当前的党群信任关系、进一步密切党与人民群众的血肉联系有着重要的启示作用。
