| Abstract: | The principle of government budgetary income and expenditure is the guideline for the government to organize budgetary receipts and arrange budgetary expenditure. The balance pnncipie is the most important one for national budgetary income and expenditure. This article dialectically analyzes the shortcomings in the non-balance principle; the regulating function towaed the economy by the balance principle and it's limits. Theoretically, it states the dialectical measures for the government budgetary balance. |
