| 摘 要： | 《国务院实施<民族区域自治法>若干规定》的颁布,是我国民族法制建设的新突破。作为实施《民族区域自治法》的行政法规,《规定》的一些新举措,进一步细化了民族区域自治法的原则条款,更具可操作性,对民族区域自治法的有效贯彻落实具有十分重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The Several Regulations is a break-through of ethnic legal construction in our country. Regarded as the administrative statute of implementing Law of Regional National Autonomy, some new actions of It as the detail principle clause of the Autonomy Law of Ethnic regions have even greater effectiveness, having very important function on the effective implementation of the Autonomy Law of Ethnic regions. The article puts forward constructive ideas and suggestions as how to carry out and implement Several Regulations effectively. |
