Probe into the Training Model for the Postgraduate Students Majoring in Traditional Chinese Orthopedics and Traumatology

In the training process of graduate students majoring in traditional Chinese Orthopedics and Traumatology, there are problems, such as students＇ variant clinical experience, unreasonable course design, lack of clinical opportunity, the trainer＇s variant clinical level. Focusing on such problems, effective measures are proposed in this article such as curriculum reform, strengthening practice, enhancing the enterprise＇s capability and optimize assessment system.
