| 摘 要： | 论述党中央开展的＂大学生村官＂计划,符合我国年轻干部成长的规律,对于缓解农村基层党建的严峻形势、促进我国农村和基层党建具有深远意义：将为农村基层干部队伍增添新鲜血液;向中高层领导岗位输送后备干部;增强基层党组织的凝聚力和向心力;推动农村基层政权建设。

| Abstract: | The program "college student village cadres" developed by the central government is compatible to the rule of young cadres' growth,which plays a positive role in party construction on the grass-roots level in countryside:increasing the fresh blood for the cadres procession of basic level countryside;cultivating reserve cadres to middle or high-class leader post;enhancing the coherence and centripetal force of grass-roots level party organization;and promoting the regime construction. |
