私营企业是我国发展社会主义市场经济的条件下产生和壮大起来的.经过屡次政治和经济的论争,私营企业终于从过去的"补充地位"上升到"社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分".随着我国入世这一经济环境的变化,私营企业面临着更为严峻的挑战和前所未有的商机.着重从私营企业发展的历程、管理方面存在的问题入手,针对私营企业自身发展的不足,提出了入世后私营企业加强管理的对策,以便尽快提高我国私营企业的管理水平和国际竞争力.

A Few Problems Private Enterprises Should Enhance in Management after the Entry into WTO

The private enterprise is produced and strengthened under the development of the socialist market economy. After the politic and economic arguments for many times, the private enterprise has been promoted from "the status of supplement" in the past to "an important constituent of the socialist market economy" at last. Along with the change of the economic environment, the entrance of WTO, the private enterprise is faced with more rigorous challenges as well as unprecedented business opportunities. In this paper, the author puts great emphasis on the problems in the process of development of the private enterprises and in their management. Aiming at the weakness of the private enterprise during the development, the author brings forward the countermeasures for the consolidation of managing the private enterprises so as to increase the management level of the private enterprises in our country and the international competitive abilities as soon as possible.
