| 摘 要： | 教育中的人性问题是教育理论与实践中的核心问题。法国电影《放牛班的春天》艺术地诠释了什么是人性化教育，以及如何实施人性化教育。通过对影片教育意蕴的解析，概括了其突出学生主体、尊重学生个性和施予学生宽容等人性化教育的表征，阐述了惩罚教育、对话教育以及艺术教育在人性化教育中的作用。

| Abstract: | Problem of human nature in ,education is the key problem in education theory and practice. The French film Les Choristes gives us an artistic interpretation of what is humanized education, and how to implement humanized education. Through the education implication of this film, this ：paper sums up some representations of humanized education highlighting the principal status of students, respecting students＇personality and tolerating students and so on. Besides, this paper expounds the role of punishment education, dialogue education and art education in humanized education. |
