| Abstract: | In our country,the lottery aimed at raising funds for public welfare is experiencing sound development.But this has been interfered with by the underground lottery.The underground lottery is illegal.It can debase social morality,disturb public order,and harm financial security.Therefore,in light of the concrete causes of the underground lottery,we should seek both temporary and permanent solutions,in order to get rid of its baneful influence. |
