| 摘 要： | 广州城市职业学院自组建以来，在明确学院各专业办学定位的基础上，实行差异化的人才培养战略，不断改革人才培养模式，探索工学结合的有效形式，突出学生实践能力培养，进行专业与课程体系重构，加强实习实训基地建设。经过三年的改革与实践，取得显著成效。

| Abstract: | Guangzhou City Polytechnic, ever since its foundation,with a clear positioning of each specialty in mind, has been im- plementing the differentiation strategy in talent development, conducting reforms in the talent development model, and exploring effective ways in the Work ＋ Study Program. All of these give prominence to the students＇ practical ability, reconstruct the specialty and course system, and put emphasis on the construction of practice and exercise bases. After three years＇ reform and application, impressive achievements have been made. |
