市场营销专业教育文化建设探析

摘    要:专业教育文化是影响市场营销专业人才培养的重要因素,缺乏与市场营销职业工作相适应的专业文化氛围,不利于高质量专业人才培养。本文根据高职学院市场营销专业人才素质的目标要求,结合我院市场营销专业教学的实际情况,提出专业教育文化建设的基本思路,也是对我院市场营销专业建设中文化建设的总结。

Abstract:Professional education culture is one of the factors affecting the professional talent development in marketing major. A lack of professional culture and atmosphere in accordance with the actual profession of marketing does nothing good to high quality of professional talent development. This study, based on the requirement and goal of the professionals' qualities in the marketing major in vocational colleges, and in eonsideration of the actual teaching in marketing major in Guangzhou City Polytechnic, proposes an idea of constructing professional education culture, which is also a summary of culture construction in marketing major of our college.
