| 摘 要： | 从目前高校图书馆人本管理的实际出发,通过对图书馆人本管理基本内涵的揭示,阐述了“以馆员为本”是图书馆人本管理的手段．“以读者为本”是图书馆管理的目的;并从营造和谐的阅读环境、提升馆员理想人格的角度提出了高校图书馆实现人本管理的主要措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the human-oriented management of the college library at present,this paper elaborates that "librarian-based" is the method of library's human-oriented management and "reader-based" is the purpose of library's management,by revealing the fundamental connotation of library's human-oriented management;It puts forwards the major measure to realize human-oriented management of college library,from the angle of building the harmonious reading environment and promoting Librarian's Ideal personality. |
