| 摘 要： | 从经济法的视角对行业协会的主体地位进行探讨,认为行业协会的兴起符合经济法的宗旨和目的,具备经济法主体资格,但不同于一般经济法主体,行业协会有其独特之处,并独立于政府、成员和其他社会组织,是自成一类的重要经济法主体。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly carries on the discussion about status of guild as legal body from the perspective of economic law.The rise of guild conforms to the objective and goal of the economic law.It has the qualification as subject of economic law.But unlike the general subject of economic law,the guild has its unique features,and it is independent of the government,its member and other social organization.The guild is a kind of important subject of economic law. |
