| 摘 要： | 本文从中美两国外交发展的历程比较谈起,提出前瞻性概念,揭示中国外交从"幼稚"逐渐"成熟",由"被动"走向"主动"过程中存在的前瞻性问题,并且进一步发掘其根源,从而为我国"前瞻性"外交的建设提供有价值的理论依据.
