| 摘 要： | 党的十六届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》，提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的战略任务。它反映了建设富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义现代化国家的内在要求，体现了全党全国各族人民的共同愿望。关于构建和谐社会的思想早已有之，它为今天构建社会主义和谐社会留下了宝贵的精神财富。

| Abstract: | The Communist Party of China held the 16th sessions of fourth plenary conferences and passed a decision about enhancing the Party's ruling capability.The congress proposed a strategic mission about constructing the socialist harmonious society,which reflects the intrinsic request of building democratic,civilized,prosperous,harmonious,modern and socialist country.It manifests the common desire of the entire party and the whole nation.The proposition certainly has the basis,the thought about constructing the socialist harmonious society has already appeared in all times and in all countries' history.It left the precious spiritual wealth to us to build the socialist harmonious society. |
