健美操课程学生创编能力培养的实践研究

从基本内容、实践效果、理论水平、推广价值等四个方面对大学生健美操创编能力的培养进行了研究。经过三年的实践检验,实施本课题的健美操教学实践改革方案,不仅提高了学生的创编能力和综合能力,保质保量的完成了教学任务,使学生学习的主动性大大提高,还为他们今后开展健美操活动和终身健康打下了良好的基础。

Practical Study on the Cultivation of the Inventive Ability on College Students' Sports Aerobics

The task group has studied the cultivation of the inventive ability on college students＇sports aerobics from four aspects, such as the basic contents, the practical effects, the theoretical levels and the applied values. After three years＇ experiment, the teaching reforming scheme of sports aerobics of this task has been carried out, which not only increases the inventive ability and comprehensive ability of the college students and guarantees the accomplishment of the teaching schedule, but also greatly increases the initiation of students to learn. The development of the inventive ability has laid the solid basis for the students to launch the sports aerobics activities and all- life health.
