| 摘 要： | 抗战时期,陕甘宁边区政府一方面领导边区军民英勇抗敌,另一方面又在边区切实维护和保障“人民之人权”。鉴于当时的国情,陕甘宁边区的人权保障具有广泛性、真实性、阶级性、统一性四大特征,并给我们今天加强社会主义人权建设留下深刻的历史启示:即社会主义人权建设要从中国国情出发,从实际出发;要加强社会主义法制工作,让人权建设有章可循、有法可依;人权建设必须健全监督机制,并始终坚持中国共产党的正确领导。

| Abstract: | During the War of Resistance against Japan,the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Boarder Region government on one hand led the people there in their fight against the Japanese aggressors,on the other hand guaranteed"people's rights"in real terms.The guarantee of human rights at that time had the characteristics of being widespread,real,universal,and of class nature.We can draw great inspiration from the experience gained during that period.The inspiration is that we should build up our human rights guarantee mechanism considering China's national conditions,we should strengthen our legal system and provide legal support for human rights building-up,human rights building-up should have a sound supervision system and should be under the right leadership of the Communist Party of China. |
