China's Intellectual Property System Arrangements and Countermeasures in the View of Economical Theory

Since the technological factor has become more and more important in the economy development,the issue of intellectual property protection has been paid more attention by each country.The thesis,directed by economy analysis law method,introduces economy models into the research of the problem.Furthermore,it uses the economic incentive model and the principal-agent model for the first time to analyse China's intellectual property system arrangements and countermeasures.
