| 摘 要： | 规范性德治的整齐划一决定了其在现代社会生活中诸多的理论和实践上的困难。德性的建立要以对道德绝对命令般的信仰和感情为前提,所以德治首先应该是道德信仰之治。现代道德价值的多元性决定了道德信仰之治不是整个社会道德信仰的一致性,而是个人道德生活的同质性,即道德价值信仰的多元化。

| Abstract: | The uniformity of standord rule of morality determines its practical and theoretical difficulty in modern social life.The building of moral integrity must be predicated on the commanding belief and feeling of morality,and therefore the rule of morality,first of all,should be the rule of moral belief.The pluralism of modern moral valuse determines that the rule of moral belief is not the unanimity of moral belief of the whole society,but the pluralism of the belief of moral values. |
