| 摘 要： | 审委会是我国人民法院的一项传统制度,《中华人民共和国人民法院组织法》明确规定了审委会的任务和职权。实践证明:审委会制度对社会主义法制建设发挥了重要作用,但也制约了审判制度的现代化、科学化。

| Abstract: | Judicial commission system is a traditional institution of the people's court in our country. "The People's Court Organization Law of PRC" stipulates definitely the tasks and powers of judicial commission. 'llie facts have proved that the judicial commission has given important play to building the socialist law system, but also has restricted the modernization and scientification of judicial system. |
