| 摘 要： | 湖南红色旅游资源十分丰富.要使湖南省红色旅游成为社会主义思想文化阵地的同时成为全省旅游业新的增长点并带动相关产业发展,红色旅游必须和而不同地锲入湖湘文化,实施"12345"工程战略,即建设1个龙头旅游区、面向2大客源市场、突出3大主题板块、发挥4大旅游功能、打造5条精品线路,才能实现红色旅游的可持续发展.
