| 摘 要： | 针对目前辽宁省小城镇建设进程中存在的生态环境问题,分析了这些生态环境问题产生的原因,并有针对性地提出了相应的对策措施:(1)认真编制和落实小城镇建设的环境保护规划;(2)推广适合小城镇发展的先进适用的技术;(3)建立和完善小城镇生态环境保护与建设的保障体系;(4)在各小城镇积极倡导生态文化,培育人们的生态观等。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the ecological and environmental problems that exist during the course of small cities and towns' construction in our province at present,analyzes the causes that these ecological and environmental problems produce and puts forward the corresponding counter-measures with specific purpose.The counter-measures include: first,working out and implementing the environmental protection plan of small cities and towns seriously;second,popularizing the advanced and applicable technology that suits for small cities and towns' development;third,setting up and perfecting the security system of small cities and towns' ecological and environmental protection and construction;fourthly,advocating ecological culture actively and breeding human ecological viewpoints. |
