我国粮食产业链组织结构分析

改革开放后,我国粮食产业获得了快速的发展,粮食产业链基本形成,分别在生产、收储、加工、销售这四个主要环节取得一系列发展成就。但同时,我国粮食产业链也面临着生产环节地块细碎化,生产成本高,机械化、现代化和专业化水平低;收储环节粮食收储企业大多数规模偏小、仓容布局和仓型结构不合理;加工环节外资企业严重冲击,民营企业市场优势不够明显,规模化和集约化水平偏低;销售环节消费和生产脱节、消费和流通脱节等问题。提出了扩大农户经营规模、增强龙头企业带动能力和着力解决粮食产业体制机制问题等解决措施。

ANALYSIS OF CHINA＇ S STRUCTURE OF FOOD INDUSTRIAL CHAIN

Since the reform and opening up, China＇ s grain industry has gained rapid development, a grain industrial chain has been formed basically and a series of achievements have been made in the four major aspects of production, collection and storage, processing and sales, respectively. At the same time, the grain industry chain is also facing many problems, such as cultivated land fragmentation in the process of production, high production cost, low levels of mechanization, modernization and specialization; small scale of grain storage enterprises, unreasonable layout and warehouse structure in the process of collection and storage; a serious impact of the foreign capital enterprises in the process of processing, no obvious advantages for the private enterprises, lower levels of scale and intensification; the disconnection between production and consumption, between consumption and circulation in the process of sales. The paper puts forward three measures to solve these problems： expanding the operation scale of farmers, enhancing the ability of leading enterprises and solving the problem involving the mechanism of grain industry system.
