| Abstract: | In the course of strengthening the Party ability building in governing the country, we should persist the important thought of Three Represents as its guiding ideology, taking the Party's close ties with the mass of the people as its core, taking promotion of overall development of the State as its test criteria, taking production of a contingent of high - caliber officials as its key, taking strengthening building of primary organization of the Party and the contingent of the Party members as its foundation, and taking restructuring and improving of leadership system and working mechanism as its key - point. |
