| 摘 要： | "慕课"在世界范围的快速普及应用给高校教师带来了丰富的优质教育资源和大量展现才华的机会,拓宽了高校教师的教学改革思路,同时也对高校教师的学术权威和创新能力等方面带来了很多的挑战.高校教师不能固步自封,应该顺应大数据时代潮流,培养创新意识,加强自身学习,做学习型教师,特别要提高信息素养,才能把慕课时代的资源优势转化为教学中的可用优势.

| Abstract: | MOOC(or MOOCs,short for Massive Open Online Courses) has been widespread in the world.It offers abundant resources and more performance opportunities for college teachers while it challenges their academic authority and creativity.College teachers should be open-minded to enhance their own innovation awareness instead of sticking to outdated teaching methods and should improve their own information literacy thus to make use of MOOC in teaching. |
