| 摘 要： | 慕课(MOOCs)作为一种新的教学模式,与高等教育传统教学模式如何衔接,成为高等教育界关注的焦点.如何解决慕课和传统教学模式之间的矛盾、解决慕课发展过程中出现的新问题,是慕课健康、持续发展的关键.从慕课的优势与缺陷出发,对慕课于传统教学模式的影响,"慕课"背景下高校教学模式面临的新问题,如何与现有人才培养体系进行对接等问题,进行了深入分析与探讨.

| Abstract: | MOOCs,is a new teaching model,and how it connects with the traditional teaching model of higher education has become the focus of higher education.The development of MOOCs depends on how to deal with the contradiction between the traditional teaching model and new problems.The paper presents the advantages and defects of MOOCs,its influence on the traditional teaching model,and the connection of the teaching model of MOOCs in colleges and universities to the personnel training. |
