论弱势群体奥运体育权之保护

随着国际体育运动快速发展，奥运体育权日益引人注目。妇女、儿童与残疾人等弱势群体的奥运体育权之保护都存在一些问题，其原因是多方面的。国际社会应当以《奥林匹克宪章》和相关国际人权法为基础，大力加强弱势群体的奥运体育权之保护。

With the rapid development of international sports movement,the Olympic movement is more and more attracted by people.There are still some problems in how to protect the right to participate in the Olympic Games of women,children,disabled and other vulnerable groups,which are many reasons.On the basis of "Olympic Charter" and relevant international law of human rights,the international community should increase the strength of the protection of the right to participate in the Olympic Games of the vulnerable groups.
