摘    要:本文着重澄清有关"师道"话语中的虚文,进而把我国"教师劳动"的特点,放在由我国特定的课程体制、课程机构、课程编制和课程管理所决定的教育工作环境中考察,对于澄清如今广为流传的其他教育虚文、"正确的空谈"有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This paper tries to reveal the meaningless formalities in the remarks about "the art of being a teacher". It also studies the characteristics of the "teachers' labor" in China in the educational environment decided by China's special curriculum system, curriculum organization, curriculum structure and curriculum management, thus helping expose other prevailing meaningless formalities and "truism" regarding education.
