| 摘 要： | 在科学理论评价与选择问题上,由于受多种因素的影响,科学家们的评价结果往往具有不确定性,科学研究由于必须选择某种理论(假说),因而存在着巨大的风险性。科学理论的战略评价需要把所有不确定性因素统统加以考虑。不确定性战略管理要求用更灵活的方法进行情境分析,改变过去那种只以确定性来分析和解决问题的方法。
