中外公民教育比较

公民教育是各国教育特别是学校教育的重要内容和组成部分。随着全球文化、经济、政治一体化趋势的加剧,我国社会主义法制建设正在不断与国际接轨。“公民”作为一个法律概念,相对于“人民”这一政治概念而言,它更强调社会成员作为整个社会肌体基本细胞的责任与义务。然而目前我国的公民教育现状不容乐观。本文通过对中外公民教育比较和理性分析,提出加强我国公民教育的必要性和有效途径。

Probe and Analysis on Internal and Overseas Citizen Education

Citizen Education is an important content and component for national education,esp.,school education.With the intensification of the world's cultural,economic and political globalization,our country's socialism legal system construction is continuously linked with the internation.As a legal notion,citizen,compared with "people" as a political notion,emphasizes more the responsibility and obligation of social members as the basic cell of social organism.However,the present state of our country's citizen education is not very satisfying.This article puts forward the necessity and valid approach of enhancing our country's by comparing and analyzing national and international citizen education.
